The Act of Union is a name given to several acts passed by the Parliament of England, Parliament of Scotland and Parliament of the United Kingdom from 1536 to 1800:
- Acts of Union 1536-1543, passed by the Parliament of England, joining the Kingdom of England and the Principality of Wales.
- Acts of Union 1707: twin acts of parliament implementing the Treaty of Union 1707; passed by both the Parliament of England and the Parliament of Scotland, joining the Kingdom of Scotland and the Kingdom of England, to form the Kingdom of Great Britain.
- Act of Union 1800, passed by both the Parliament of Great Britain and the Parliament of Ireland, joining Ireland to Great Britain to form the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland.
- Act of Union 1840 joining Upper Canada and Lower Canada (to form the Province of Canada).
