Constantine (Scottish Gaelic: Constantine mac Fergus) was king of Dál Riada and king of the Picts from 789 until circa 805. He deposed Conall, king of the Picts, and usurped the throne. He is credited to have founded Dunkeld.
He is thought to be the king commemorated on Dupplin Cross. He was a brother of Óengus II, who ruled Pictavia and Dál Riada from 805 to 834, and of Uen, who ruled Pictavia in 837. He was the father of Drest, joint ruler of the Picts from 834 to 837.
