Image:Fido-logo-01.jpg Fido.Net is an Internet Service Provider based in the UK and has been around since about 1992 (originally as a not-for-profit organisation). They were affiliated to the FidoNet amateur BBS network for a number of years providing echomail and netmail services as well as a fidonet/internet gateway from 1992 to 1998. They were briefly sponsored by Demon Internet Ltd before becoming a for-profit venture (or Ltd Company) in 2001. The principal director is Jon Morby.
