List of FIFA country codes
Categories: Football (soccer) related lists | Country codes | Lists of abbreviations
FIFA assigns a three-letter code (dubbed FIFA Trigramme) to each of its member and non-member countries. These are the official codes used by FIFA and its continental confederations (AFC, CAF, CONCACAF, CONMEBOL, OFC and UEFA) as name abbreviations of countries and dependent areas, in official competitions.

- IOC members and non FIFA affiliates (6):
Also note that currently FIFA has 207 members while the IOC has 202. This is partially because England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland compete as "Great Britian" in the Olympic Games, and that England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have seperate football associations.
