Motion simulator
A motion simulator is a mechanism that encapsulates riders and creates the effect/feelings of being in a moving object. One example would be an amusement park ride which simulates flying by using a projection screen in conjunction with a moving platform to create false gravitational forces. The combination tricks the mind into thinking it is flying or riding along, when in reality it is stationary.
