Another story tells of the battle between Mr Carnal (Don Carnal) and Mrs Lent (Doña Cuaresma).

Other adventures are: The love affair with the "Serranas" (bestial, ugly and grotesque women), a love affair with a female Moor, a love affair with a widow, a nun or a "dueña" (a woman who wasn´t a princess). Another chapter tells of the argument between the Archpriest of Hita (Arcipreste de Hita) and Mr Love (Don Amor). It was written by Juan Ruiz, Archpriest of Hita (Arcipreste de Hita).
