The Tin Roof is a rather difficult drink on which to put one's finger. The sole source available[1] calls the drink a rather more explicit name (which might explain the drink's rarity), and while there may be other versions of the recipe, this one seems as good as any. The cocktail consists of a banana blended with either vodka or gin, into which Irish Cream is poured. The vodka variation seems to be the more popular of the two.
