- The Trinity test, the world's first atomic bomb test on the Alamogordo Bombing and Gunnery Range, about 230 miles (370 km) south of the Manhattan Project's main laboratory at Los Alamos, New Mexico, USA (July 16, 1945). Today this 3,200 square mile (8,300 km²) range, partly located in the desolate Jornada del Muerto Valley, is named the White Sands Missile Range.

- A game map (TRINITY.WAD) of a Trinity college was developed for the computer game Doom.
- In the game X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse, the Trinity is the name of the remaining three of the Stepford Cuckoos who act as sub-bosses in the game. They serves Apocalypse as his main "telepaths".
- Blade: Trinity was a 2004 film about the vampire hunter Blade.
