William le Scrope, 1st Earl of Wiltshire

William le Scrope, 1st Earl of Wiltshire (1350-1399) was a close supporter of Richard II. He was made Earl of Wiltshire in Richard's 1397 effusion of titles. He was executed by Henry IV on his invasion and usurpation.
