Woolworth's, Woolworths or Woolworth may refer to one of several companies:
- F.W. Woolworth Company was the original USA based chain of five and dime stores. It later changed its name to its current one, Foot Locker, Inc.
- Woolworths Group plc is the owner of the Woolworths chain of high street shops in the UK (originally part of the F.W. Woolworth company, but separate since 1982).
- Woolworths Limited is the second largest retail chain in Australia.
- Woolworths Supermarkets is a New Zealand supermarket chain fascia, spun off from the Australian Woolworths Limited. It is presently a subsidiary of Progressive Enterprises, itself a subsidiary of the Australian Foodlands Group (and no longer related to Woolworths Limited).
- Woolworth GmbH is the owner of the Woolworths chain of high street shops in Germany & Austria.
- Woolworths Holdings Limited, one of the larger South African retail chain stores affiliated to Marks and Spencer in the United Kingdom.
